Passa anche da Lugano la tournée mondiale di selezione della compagnia di danza classica russa

Per alcuni giovani ballerini questo il teatro del Bolshoi di Mosca, e in particolare la sua compagnia di danza classica famosa in tutto il mondo, è un sogno. Un sogno che si può esaudire con l’allenamento e con la partecipazione a una selezione impegnativa che passa anche da Lugano, dove il MAT, grazie alle relazioni di Lucia Longhi, organizza un appuntamento divenuto tappa fissa nella tournée mondiale di selezione della compagnia russa.

“Noi cerchiamo il potenziale. Cerchiamo ballerini bravi ma che abbiano pure il desiderio di imparare. Noi vogliamo insegnare il grande balletto classico”, spiega alla RSI Dimitry Povolotsky, direttore del Russian Ballet International.

“Ho visto un buon livello – aggiunge Irina Pyatkina, docente dell’Accademia di balletto del Bolshoi — Alcune ragazze potranno di sicuro andare avanti e verranno invitate a un corso intensivo di una settimana. Dopodiché si aprirà forse la porta dell’Academia del Bolshoi”.

Le Bolchoï auditionne des candidats à Lugano


Pour la 3e fois, l’Académie des Ballets du Théâtre Bolchoï de Moscou a choisi Lugano pour la sélection de nouveaux talents en vue de ses stages d’été à Florence, Urbino, Moscou et Lugano. 59 danseuses et un seul danseur, de 9 à 19 ans, ont été auditionnés.

Pour la première fois de son histoire, l’Académie des Ballets du Bolchoï organisera un programme estival en Suisse et a choisi pour siège le centre du Mouvement artistique tessinois (MAT) de Lugano. «Le MAT» explique Lucia Longhi, organisatrice de l’Académie Bolchoï en Suisse, «a une excellente réputation comme centre artistique et dispose de grandes salles de danse parfaites pour les auditions, l’école nous a semblé le lieu idéal pour ces premières sélections.»

Les 60 candidats sont arrivés dès vendredi soir à Lugano de Lausanne, Genève, Zurich, Lucerne, Saint-Gall ainsi que d’Italie. La section de danse du MAT a présenté neuf jeunes élèves. «Parmi les candidats sélectionnés pour nos stages d’été, les meilleurs auront accès à notre académie qui dure quatre ans», précise Dimitry Povolotsky, directeur du «Russian Ballet International» et des stages d’été de l’Académie des Ballets du Bolchoï.

Les deux jours d’audition ont été supervisés par la professeure de danse de l’académie Irina Pyatkina, ancienne danseuse étoile du Bolchoï. Les résultats des auditions seront annoncés dans une dizaine de jours.

Fondée il y a 245 ans, l’Académie des Ballets du Théâtre Bolchoï de Moscou est l’une des plus prestigieuses écoles de danse classique au monde. Elle a formé des célébrités telles que Maya Plissiesskaya, Vladimir Vassilev et Ekaterina Maximova.

MAT condamné par une expropriation

Dernièrement, le MAT a été au centre d’une vive polémique au Tessin pour ses différends avec la Municipalité qui prévoit d’exproprier l’école de ce vaste terrain pour y construire un parc fluvial. En deux mois plus de 5000 signatures ont été recueillies pour demander la sauvegarde du MAT. En vain. D’ici deux ans au plus tard, le MAT devra trouver un autre emplacement pour son centre artistique.

Le MAT a été fondé en 2008 par l’acteur et metteur en scène tessinois Mirko D’Urso, diplômé de l’école italienne Teatri possibili. Avec ses 600 élèves et 40 professeurs, le MAT est la plus grande l’école artistique privée de Suisse. Elle propose des cours de théâtre, musique, chant et danse, organise des séminaires, des workshops et une saison théâtrale en collaboration avec le LAC (Lugano Art et Culture).
